All Other Items: Shipped via Chit Chats Tracked Parcel Delivery.
Note: Tracked parcels will include a tracking number sent to your email once your order has dispatched so you can follow its journey.

In-Stock Inventory: Packaged and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Because certain botanical and structural pieces are crafted on demand, custom orders require up to 7 business days to create before they are ready to ship.
Shipping transit times begin after the processing period is complete.
